Full-size sofas.
A fraction of the freight.

We manufacture vacuum-compressed sofas for importers, distributors, e-commerce sellers and project buyers. Each sofa is compressed and packed flat before loading, so the same container carries more sellable product — and your freight cost per unit drops with it.

Who We Serve

Built for buyers who move volume

Compressed packing changes the math of sofa importing. It matters most to buyers whose margin lives in freight, warehousing and fast restocking.

01

Importers & Wholesalers

More units per container and per warehouse rack, so the same capital covers more sellable stock.

02

Distributors

Flat, uniform cartons are easier to palletize, forward to regional dealers and keep in regional stock.

03

E-commerce Sellers

Boxed sofas suit parcel and fulfillment networks — no oversized-freight surcharges eating the listing margin.

04

Project Buyers

Hotels, serviced apartments and rental projects: consistent models, repeatable fabric choices, staged delivery by container.

Why Compressed

Same 40HQ. Two ways to load it.

A conventionally packed sofa ships mostly air. Vacuum compression removes that air before the carton is sealed — so the container your freight is billed on carries product, not empty space.

Conventional packing bulky, assembled volume

Large cartons, fixed shapes, wasted corners — the container fills up long before the weight limit matters.

Vacuum-compressed packing flat, stackable cartons

Flat cartons stack tightly and load efficiently. Exact loading quantity is calculated per model — ask us for the loading plan for the model you want.

Diagram is illustrative only. Loading figures are confirmed per model and packing configuration before quotation.

1

Lower freight cost per unit. When more sofas share one container, the ocean freight is spread across more sellable pieces.

2

Less warehouse space. Flat cartons store densely and stack safely, so receiving and put-away run faster.

3

Easier last mile. A boxed sofa passes through standard parcel and apartment-door delivery where an assembled sofa often cannot.

4

Full size on arrival. Open the vacuum bag and the foam expands back to the sofa's designed shape and firmness.

Product Range

Three categories buyers reorder

Our range is deliberately focused: the three sofa categories that repeat-order across import and e-commerce channels. Specifications are confirmed per model — request the spec sheet for exact dimensions, foam and packing data.

Factory & Quality Control

Eight checks before a sofa is packed

Compression packing only works if the sofa is right before it goes into the bag. Every order passes the same eight-step QC sequence, and your own or a third-party inspector is welcome to verify before shipment.

Final inspection on the production floor — dimensions, seams and finish checked piece by piece.
  1. Step 1

    Frame Stress Test

The frame is load-tested so the structure holds its shape through compression, transit and daily use.

  2. Step 2

    Stitching Check

Seams are inspected for tension, alignment and loose threads across every panel.

  3. Step 3

    Foam Density Check

Foam is checked against the specified density — the foundation of both comfort and rebound.

  4. Step 4

    Rebound Test

Cushions are compressed and released to confirm they recover their designed shape and firmness.

  5. Step 5

    Fabric Inspection

Upholstery is checked for color consistency, flaws and correct matching to the approved swatch.

  6. Step 6

    Hardware Check

Legs, connectors and fittings are verified complete and correctly fitted for each carton.

  7. Step 7

    Packing Check

Vacuum seal, carton strength and labeling are confirmed before cartons are closed.

  8. Step 8

    Final Scan

A final piece-by-piece scan against the order sheet closes the QC record for the shipment.

Third-party inspection welcome. Arrange your own inspector or an inspection agency to check goods before loading — we will coordinate factory access and the inspection schedule with your order.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask first

Does a compressed sofa really recover its shape?
Yes — that is what the foam specification and our rebound test are for. The foam is checked for density before packing and compression-tested for recovery, so once the vacuum bag is opened the sofa expands back to its designed shape and firmness. We recommend ordering a sample first so you can run the unpacking test in your own warehouse.
What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on the model and configuration, so we quote it per inquiry rather than publishing one number for the whole range. Share your target quantity in the inquiry form and we will build a tailored quote around it — including where a mixed-model container makes sense.
Can we customize fabric, color or configuration?
Yes. Fabric family (tech fabric or leather-look), color and — on the modular sectional — the module configuration can be customized per order. Send your target specification or reference photos with your inquiry and we will confirm feasibility with swatches before sampling.
Can we inspect the goods before shipment?
Absolutely. Third-party inspection is welcome: your own inspector or an inspection agency can check the goods against the order before loading, and we coordinate factory access and scheduling with your production order.
How many sofas fit in a 40HQ?
It depends on the model, its compressed carton size and how cartons are combined, so we calculate the loading plan per model instead of quoting a generic figure. Ask for the spec sheet of the model you are considering and we will include its packing data and a container loading estimate with your quotation.
How do samples work?
After your inquiry, we confirm the model and fabric, then arrange a sample unit packed exactly as bulk goods are packed — so the sample also serves as your compression and rebound test. Sample terms are confirmed in the quotation.
